You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by New Earth Records.com within 30 days of delivery for a credit towards a future order or exchange. You must include a copy of the original invoice. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Free Goods are not returnable. Once a download is complete the transaction is not refundable.

Should you encounter troubles during downloads and your account has been charged, please connect with webmaster@ newearthrecords.com. We will then supply an alternate form of download.

Please purchase MP3 files only if you are comfortable downloading files. Because there are so many different system configurations, our staff is not able to assist with technical/installation issues.

Please note that MP3 purchases are non-refundable. If you're not sure about your selection, please order a CD instead.

No refunds in any way will be given after 14 days of download transaction.
