   New Deuter pictures...
Another New Earth artist that has been around for decades is Deuter. Beginning in the early 70s, Deuter has become, for many, the definitive New Age artist. His travels have taken him across the globe, from Europe to India to the United States and everywhere in-between. We recently posted an extended picture gallery on Deuter's artist page where fans can see some rare pictures of the musician from the last 30 years. Click on the small picture grid above to visit Deuter's artist page where the new gallery has been added--you can even click on each picture to enlarge!

Spotlight on Out of the Depths

Visit our blog

A glowing excerpt from a recent review of Terry Oldfield's Out of the Depths via DailyOM: One of the true pioneers of New Age music, Terry Oldfield has changed the way the flute is thought of in relation to instrumental music (he's almost completely self-taught), and used his natural genius and spiritual humility to create albums such as the haunting Out of the Depths. Here, whales seem to have been given a platform with which to state their case to humankind. For this quietly devastating, monumentally beautiful work, Oldfield recruits the vocal talents of Imogene Moore, who lends classical dignity to her tracks, singing a soothing chorale-style lullaby over churning depths of whale song and ocean spray, rushing synth drones, gentle chimes, and, of course, Oldfield's legendary flute.
