New Earth Records has just released its first DVD: Birth Without Violence! This is the first US release of the 1970's revolutionary film by Frederick Leboyer, M.D. The film is comprised of three shorter films that explore the way we welcome our children into the world, traditional Indian infant massage, and the art of breathing, respectively. Frederick Leboyer is a pioneering physician, poet, and philosopher from France whose life's work has revolved around emphasizing how fully conscious and exquisitely sensitive babies are from the start. Jamtse - Love & Compassion
(An Offering for the Tibet Fund) is a just-released compilation album that New Earth artist Dechen Shak-Dagsay has contributed a track to. Please check it out on iTunes! Based in Switzerland, Dechen stays very busy. Besides appearing on the Jamtse album she also spearheaded a Solidarity Concert for the Earthquake victims of Szechuan, China. Uniting both Tibetans and Chinese at the Church of Enge in Zurich, the event brought other compassionate musicians together in the spirit of peace and compassion on June 14, 2008. At right is a picture from that night of Dechen with world-renowned musician Andreas Vollenweider, who also participated. More info is available at Dechen's website: www.dechen-shak.com |

| New Earth Records attended the International New Age Trade Show at the end of June. INATS, as it is called, is the only trade show in the U.S. market for retailers of New Age and related products. Because many of New Earth Records' fans are immersed in meditation, yoga, and/or the healing arts a gathering such as INATS is a valuable resource that can help to define the relationship with our core market. If you would like more information about INATS please click on the logo to the right... | ||||
