Yet, in the depths of our hearts, there is a deep understanding that at times we actually need these painful experiences in order to mature and reach our full potential. When you close yourself off, your life begins to feel small and without love, causing you to retreat and withdraw further. By feeling the texture of your pain and frustration, you gain awareness and can acknowledge the wounds and barriers that separate you from your heart, love and growth. When you open yourself up and are vulnerable, love is expressed through everything you do. Love is always accessible through an open heart.
