Full-time Office Manager / Accounts Representative
We have combined these two positions into one. The office tasks include: scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, greeting guests, answering phone calls, ordering supplies for the office, handling all daily activities, etc. The accounts tasks will include: contacting businesses like bookstores, yoga studios, and healing centers to sell our CD’s. We are seeking someone who is energetic yet grounded, great at communicating, excellent at multi-tasking, and willing to take care of tasks that are NOT within the job description. This person should have ample knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, be computer savvy (Apple), and work fast yet efficiently. Preferably, this person would have experience across multiple computer programs and have a high understanding of technology. Lastly, we would like this person to have an understanding of the healing arts.
You will be working in a small team here at New Earth Records. Office hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. Local applicants ONLY please (Boulder County/surrounding cities).
